Terms

RxRescue is medication inventory software for internal pharmacy and medication-room use. It is not an EHR, pharmacy management system, dispensing system, clinical decision support system, or substitute for professional judgment.

Trials And Paid Access

Server-created trials default to 30 days. Paid access requires an active subscription or written agreement. Failed, cancelled, expired, or revoked licenses may become read-only after the grace period.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for training staff, securing devices and backups, avoiding PHI entry, reviewing exports and support bundles, and validating workflow fit for their facility.

Legal Review

The source drafts are maintained in docs/terms_of_service.md and docs/eula.md. They are prepared for attorney review before broad public launch.
