FAQ
Will my card be charged today?
No. The 30-day trial means Stripe doesn't capture any money until day 30. If you cancel before day 30, your card is never charged at all. We collect card details up front so the trial converts cleanly into a subscription if you decide to keep using it.
What's $99/month per pharmacy site mean?
One subscription = one pharmacy. You can run RxRescue on multiple devices (Windows desktop + Android phone, e.g.) all syncing to the same pharmacy under one subscription. Add a second pharmacy site, you'd add it to a multi-site plan.
What's the annual plan?
$990/yr per pharmacy — two months free compared to paying monthly. Same product, same cancel-any-time policy; if you cancel mid-year Stripe handles the prorated refund.
What if I have multiple pharmacy sites?
Pick one of the multi-site plans ($79/site/mo or $790/site/yr). At the Stripe checkout step you'll set how many sites you're starting with — you can adjust later from your Stripe dashboard. Each site gets its own setup code and runs as its own pharmacy in the app; billing is one consolidated subscription.
Do I have to commit to a year?
No. The monthly plans are cancel-any-time with no annual contract. The annual plan is a 12-month commitment that drops the monthly rate — pick whichever fits your buying preference.
What if I cancel during the trial — do I lose my data?
You keep local read-only access to whatever you scanned. New scans, edits, and pulls are blocked once the trial expires (or you cancel). If you re-subscribe later, your data picks up where you left off.
