What's included at $99/month
- Scanner support. Any HID-mode Bluetooth barcode scanner that can transmit the FNC1 (GS) byte. Tested with Zebra DS2278-SR, Inateck BCST-23, and built-in Android camera scanner.
- Hardware recommendations. See the setup page for what we've validated. We don't sell hardware, so the recommendations stay independent.
- Audit pack export. One-tap export of six DSCSA-formatted CSVs with a shared timestamp: FEFO inventory snapshot, full audit log, T3 transaction data, FDA recall match history, return manifest, and quarantine log.
- Customer support. Founder reads every email at info@rxrescue.us. Customer support requests at support@rxrescue.us get a response within one U.S. business day.
- Updates included. No upgrade fees. New features ship to all active subscribers.
- Data portability. CSV export anytime. Cancel and your local install stays readable — your data is yours.
What's not included
- Per-seat licensing. There isn't any. The $99 covers the pharmacy, not the device.
- Hardware. We don't sell or rent scanners, tablets, or label printers. Buy from your preferred vendor.
- Patient data. RxRescue is designed not to collect PHI. The import path actively rejects patient-shaped columns. If you need patient-level dispensing tracking, RxRescue is the wrong tool.

Common questions
Is there an annual contract?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time from your Stripe receipt or by emailing support@rxrescue.us.
Do you offer multi-site or contractor pricing?
Managed pilots include hands-on support and conversion to per-site pricing at scale. Email us with your site count and we'll talk through what makes sense.
What happens if I cancel mid-month?
Sync stops at the end of your current billing period. The app stays installed and your local data stays readable. Re-subscribe and sync picks back up.
Can I switch from self-serve to a managed pilot?
Yes. Email us at any point during your trial or paid subscription if you're ready to scale to multiple sites — we'll convert without losing your existing data.
