What to send
- Pilot inquiries: facility count, current pharmacy management software, approximate bottle count, and timing.
- Support requests: setup code (so we can find your pharmacy), device type (Windows or Android), version number (Settings → About), and the problem you're seeing.
- Security reports: as much technical detail as you can share, plus what versions you reproduced on. We acknowledge within one business day and have a 30-day target for triage of valid vulnerability reports.
Response times
Standard response: one business day (Monday–Friday, US Mountain Time). Outage / critical-bug reports to support@: same-day acknowledgment. Vendor security questionnaires: 5 business days for the first draft.
